How 2Weddings works

Everything on one page — for couples, wedding planners, and vendors. Ten minutes to learn, a wedding to gain.

For couples

  1. Pick your two backgrounds in the Setup Wizard (24 traditions, from Hindu Tamil to Jain to Greek Orthodox). You'll get shared values, calendar windows to avoid (Lent, Ramadan, Aadi month…), and a full fusion plan: rituals with their history, venues, menus, music, attire and games from both sides.
  2. Create your wedding — names, date, city, guest count. The date is checked against both traditions' calendars before you commit. Sign in first and it saves to your account.
  3. Describe your perfect wedding to the AI planner (Budget step) — e.g. "$60k, 150 guests, waterfront in Philadelphia, food and photos matter most." It builds your budget split around your priorities and shows per-guest math.
  4. Find vendors — search by category, city and style ("fusion latin DJ", "halal catering", "mandap-friendly venue"). Vendors on our platform show sample setlists and menus; nearby results come from Google. Save picks to your wedding.
  5. Generate your concept video — your selections become an AI image or film. Chat with the AI director to refine the vision; every combination's content carries an accuracy check, and you can run a deeper AI review any time.
  6. Build the ceremony & master checklist — an ordered run-of-show with the meaning behind each ritual, plus a checklist that includes your traditions' attire sourcing and music booking.

For wedding planners

Sign in at My Workspace. Planner accounts are verified — apply with your business email and website and most legitimate applications are approved instantly.

For vendors

Apply at the Vendor Portal — listing is free while we grow. Applications with a business-domain email and live website are usually approved automatically.

Beta testers — what we'd love you to try

  1. Run the wizard with a pairing you actually plan for — are the rituals and attire accurate for that community?
  2. Create a wedding with a real-ish date — did the calendar warnings make sense?
  3. Try the AI budget chat with a real budget — would you trust the split?
  4. Search vendors in your city — useful results? Anything missing?
  5. Generate a concept image for a styled theme.

Then tell us everything — the contact form goes straight to our team. Bluntness is a gift.
